I have many hobbies, but I like reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words.I star to reading book when i in grade 3.my brother inspired me to do that.I usualy share my hobby with my friend and my english teacher.By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tell me about the world's history, let me see the structure of the brain, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activity and I will keep this hobby forever.

My favourite hobby is reading. I enjoy reading a book when I am free. I started to do it when I was four years old. The first time I did it, I felt interested. So I kept reading. The teachers always taught me to read the difficult words. I was happy when I read a story with a happy ending. I was thrilled when I read a detective story. I enjoy reading because I like to explore the imaginative world of my favourite author, J.K.Rowling who writes “ Harry Potter” . There are a lot of advantages of reading. Reading can make me relaxed and calm. I can also learn new vocabulary items. Then I can further improve my English. Moreover, it can give me an unlimited imagination, so I can write books in the future. I can learn the different cultures and customs of other countries in the world too. I read at least one hour every day. I read books by myself. I usually read it at home. I wish I could read different kinds of books because it might be very challenging.

I think listening to music is my hobby. I love listening to all kind of music when I do my housework, when I do not have anything to do, or even when I have meal. I love all kinds of music; country, pop, rock and roll, and other kind of music. I am interested in hearing them because all songs bring me back my lovely memories. And they bring me energy to clean my sould. Most of the time, I love listening to music to relax my body. The music can make everything funier. Listening to some new songs is awesome. You can see the life is more beautiful.

My hobbies are listening to music, watching films and travelling. I love many kinds of music; especially, when I fill myself with the sorrow, I love the songs which can share my sadness. I also like watching some US sitcoms such as: How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina is the thing I enjoy in my leisure time. Besides, I extremely love travelling, exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.

I like traveling very much because of several reasons. First of  all, traveling can make me feel relaxed and happy. Enjoying the stunning landscape and spectacular views is one of the best ways to help me get away from stress in my daily life. Second, traveling to far places is a good chance for me to broaden my horizons. When I travel a lot, I can experience many things such as cultures or customs which make a considerable contribution to my knowledge. Finally, we are more likely to make friends with many people in other places, so we will not feel lonlely and strange when traveling anywhere. In conclusion, traveling plays an essential role in my life.

There are four people in my family : my parents , my brother and I . My father is forty-four years old. He is a worker in Truong Hai company. He is a humurous man who always tell many funny stories to make us smile. My father likes gardening very much as well as watching Tv programs. Unlike most men , my father likes cooking and he cooks very well. My mother is at the same age as my father.My mothers is also a worker . She likes cooking and traveling too, so whenever my parents have free time, we go some place interesting to relax . It's a great time. My brother is eight years old. He studies in primary school. He is interested in computer games and sports like football .I am now in my final year at the secondary school and my goal to study  university , i am under a lot of study pressure .However , being the eldest child and the only daughter in my family I try to help with the household chores such as wash the dishes , mop the floor and so on . Members of our family have very close relationships with each other . We often share our feelings, and whenever problems come up , we discuss them frankly and find solutions quickly. In sum , My family is important to me .I love my family very much

There are five members in my family. They are my father, my mother, my two brothers Hung and Phong and I myself. We live in the village. My father’s name is Quang. He is a teacher. He teaches English in a high school. He is a healthy and handsome man. He is very active and dutiful. He is loved and respected by everybody. My mother’s name is Mai . She is 40 years old. She is a housewife. She works at home. She looks after the whole family. Sometimes she goes to market. On holidays, she prepares special dishes. She takes care of the members in our family. My elder brother is a painter. My younger brother is in class 9. I am a student of class 8. We are happy family.

I want to do volunteer. Volunteering is important for numerous reasons which benefit both the community and the volunteers themselves. When someone donates a handful of time, the difference made is tremendous and it can shape a community for the better while the experience improves the person who have donated the time.When a person donates their time, they give hope to someone who needs it. If a local family’s house burnt down and a group of people hosted a benefit for them, that family’s faith would be revived when they realized that people care for them. Although that family lost their house and their assets, seeing how their own community wants to help would bring them joy and show them that money isn’t everything.

Volunteer is one of Vietnam’s long-standing activities contributing effectively to community development, capacity building and poverty reduction. Volunteer activities are taking place vibrantly with every passing day, not only do they bring positive results from specific volunteer programs but they also conduce to generate and raise awareness for a large number of people in Vietnam.

For me , I like donating books. As you know , going to school is very important today . Learning to get knowledge , information , add friends and have a happiness in our life . But unluckly , nowadays, there are some children don't have chance to go to school. They are too poor. I am found of donating books because it can help them to learn many thing around them . For me ,I can grow up and understand about their life.

Mid Autumn is a special Festival in some countries of Asia in general and Viet Nam in particular. In fact, Mid Autumn is the festival which is for children. In Viet Nam, this festival springs from the legend : The moon and a kid. The legend explains why the moon is shiniest in mid autumn and why people see a banian tree and a kid on the moon. The moon is called Sister Moon and the kid is Cuoi.

Mid Autumn Festival begins from 14 to 15 August, in Vietnamese lunar calendar. In these day, children are going to pick the lantern up and go around streets or towns. Children will be given gifts such as pie, candies, star lanterns... They will be seen lion dance or musical concert. Almost children are really into seeing lion dance and follow it that go everywhere. Some children bring a small torch that includes oil and rag to burn. And others bring clarinet and drum to make the festival more eventful.

However, mid autumn festival is also festival for business. The streets have many stores that sale pie, cake. This is occasion that many people present cake each other. Pie mid autumn is a kind of special cake that is only in mid autumn festival. There are many kind of pies such as soft cake, pie with egg , hog pie, croissant… The Pie mid autumn have special taste. It is sweet smeeling and very delicious. Almost VietNamese people love pie mid autumn and buy it for family.

Mid Autumn became a tradition festival in Viet Nam. It is a part of Vietnamese culture. Anyone who grown up in Viet Nam, is regular knowing and joining in this festival.
